FOUNDER AND COACH
With a deep passion for empowering women through fitness, I have been coaching and mentoring females since 2019. My mission is to educate, transform, and inspire women at every stage of their fitness journey—whether they are just starting out, navigating postpartum health, or pursuing competitive goals.
I understand that the fitness industry can often be overwhelming and confusing, which is why I am committed to creating a supportive community where women can feel confident and educated in their health and fitness choices. Together with my team, we focus on providing a safe space for women to build strength, knowledge, and self-assurance, both physically and mentally.
I coach women of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners taking their first steps into the industry to those in their later years navigating challenges like postpartum fitness, nutrition, and perimenopause. I also work with women looking to compete at the highest level, including those preparing for bodybuilding competitions.
As an IFBB Bikini Athlete, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching, having experienced the competitive process myself. My firsthand understanding of the female body, combined with a thorough knowledge of competition criteria, allows me to provide highly effective, tailored guidance for those looking to excel on stage.
My long-term goal is to continue growing the Performbodies community, connecting like-minded women who share a passion for fitness and self-improvement. I also aim to expand my team by bringing on coaches who share my commitment to education, empowerment, and the pursuit of excellence.
Ultimately, I am dedicated to simplifying the process of training and nutrition, while never compromising on the attention to detail that drives true transformation.

I HAVE BEEN A PART OF THE HEALTH AND FITNESS SPACE SINCE I WAS A TEENAGER; DOING HOME WORKOUTS MY DAD WROTE ME AND TAKING INSPIRATION FROM COOKING SHOWS TO LEARN ABOUT FOOD, COOKING, AND NUTRITION. IT DAWNED UPON ME HOW LITTLE BOTH MYSELF AND THE VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT HOW TO PROPERLY FUEL THEIR BODY FOR EVERYDAY LIFE, FOR MUSCLE GROWTH, FAT LOSS, RECOVERY AND PERFORMANCE.
AND THAT IS WHERE IT ALL BEGAN FOR ME.
I DOVE HEADFIRST INTO THE WORLD OF MUSCLE BUILDING, COMPLETED MY BACHELOR OF HUMAN NUTRITION AT UNIVERSITY, FOLLOWED BY MY MASTERS IN DIETETIC PRACTICE, AND COMPETED IN MY FIRST BODYBUILDING SEASON IN THE SAME YEAr.
MY OWN JOURNEY THROUGH THE FITNESS INDUSTRY, BOTH THE HIGHS AND LOWS, HAVE INSPIRED MY MISSION TO HELP EDUCATE AND EMPOWER WOMEN TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR OWN HEALTH NARRATIVE AND REJECT THE WORLD OF ONLINE CLICKBAIT, MISINFORMATION, AND pretence that often dictates how we choose to move and fuel our bodies. my years of tertiary clinical education and practice offer a unique and holistic perspective on health and wellness as a long term journey, and allows me to assist people struggling with dietary conditions, histories of eating difficulties, as well as athletes looking to optimise performance and excel in their sport.

FITNESS COACH
Health and fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I played competitive sports and loved staying active, but it wasn’t until I began my own fitness journey that I truly found my passion and purpose.
Like many, I started out with group training—something I still love coaching and incorporating into my own training for some fun and variety—but over time, I craved more structure, direction, and progression. That’s when I decided to work with a coach, follow a tailored program, and experience firsthand the impact of a strategic approach to training. The entire process fascinated me so much that after completing my Forensic Science degree and whilst working full time, I decided to continue educating myself in the space, eventually making the transition into coaching. Now, I get to help others build confidence in their training, understand their bodies, and reach their full potential.
Having competed in multiple Hyrox events and more recently setting my sights on the competitive bodybuilding stage, my unique experiences have only deepened my knowledge and understanding of both the physical and mental demands of high-level training—insights that I strive to bring to my coaching every day.
My passion lies in empowering others to feel strong, educated, and in control of their own journey. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, improve performance, or simply feel more confident in your own skin, my coaching approach is built around sustainable, science-backed methods that deliver real results.
